water fasting.....during the day....and eating only one meal..tried one day last week and again over the weekend. Today, Tuesday is my second day of day water fasting. I need to get to 60kg by Dec. What is nice my boyfriend has decided to also loose weight so he started the day water fasting, as he watched a youtube video, he has lost about 5 kg in two weeks. Our supper portions are also alot smaller and mainly veggies....so hope this will get me to 60kg and i will stay there....but i must admit you are looking totally stunning....keep up the good vibes you give off...you an inspiration to us all
