Another half a pound ... losing it slowly but surely!
272.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 128.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thankyou. Wouldn't mind it being a little bit faster but at least it should stay off! Plus I bought myself a new cardi yesterday 2 sizes smaller than I was wearing a few months ago so very chuffed with that!
