The front of my arms were so sore all day yesterday that it hurt to open them straight. I could feel my triceps were tight and hamstrings too, but not as bad. Ate over 2000+ calories two days in a row due to the weekend parties and canoeing with the nephews, but am planning to curb the eating back down again. My weight is up, but hopefully due to muscle building and left over bloat.
