well, up one lb, but i'm hoping that its muscle. I have walked over 30 miles in the last week, so hopefully thats what it is...

darn weather is turning yucky and it'll be harder to take the kids for a walk for the next few days...
157.6 lb Lost so far: 76.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
