Slow progress....ugghh
158.3 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Boy! Do I ever sympathize w/this post...I have to keep reminding myself how long it took me to gain all that weight! Especially when you have been working on it for a while now...And you have done fantastic! The closer I get to my goal the slower it comes off...I am only weighing once a week now so I don't get so frustrated...You are almost there!!!

It was all so great in the beginning but really slow now. Trying to just make sure that I don't gain and yes I have to stop weighing myself so frequently!!
