Well I knew it was not going to be good as I've been eating like it was my last meal...and of course it wasn't salads and good stuff, it's been lots of ice cream and sweets, so my weight is up and I took measurements and weight as of Monday and so am back on track and feeling better already....I don't know what throws me off. bit when I do, it's all or nothing...sugar addicted? Yes, I think very much so...and I'm off on a binge....so anyways that's my story....Hope you all are doing good!
151.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.1 lb a week

We all do that, eat like we are going in to hibernation. Every so often I go off and eat everything I want, usually it is sweet stuff and great tasting bread. Shake it off, and get on with the program. It always makes me feel better when I am in complete control. Just recognizing the problem isn't enough, we have to deal with it on a daily basis.

Thank you, diehard3...Oh yes, bread too!!! Mmmm, being 65, on Medicare, and retired leaves me too much time to cook, which I love to do...got to keep thinking positive thoughts and be the best that we can be!!! Right??? ha, ha, YES, YES, YES!!!!
