I don't get it. I've eatin my calorie count 95% of the time but I gained weight!! Hopefully it's just bloat cause aunt flow is coming to visit soon.
So today definitely didnt go as planned... I left this morning with my family to visit my brother for a family vacation over the Memorial Day weekend. We stopped at a BP gas station where I had planned to get an egg-white flatbread thing for breakfast but since the line was so long and we were kinda running late I had to settle for peanut butter crackers and nesquick milk. Both not really good things but I couldnt really find anything better and unfortunately I didnt notice until later that the milk had more than one serving so I got more calories than what I had originally thought I was going to get. It also didnt help that the quilt shops we went to find today were in the back roads of Georgia so there were no places to eat so most of my calories today came from nuts. For dinner we went to a restaurant called 101. They are famous for their martinis so I got a pomegranate martini and some crab cakes. Then after we went to Bruster's ice cream shop where I got sugar and fat free caramel swirl ice cream which was actually really good. So overall not the best day but I did the best I could considering. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
