Have been trying to eat small, healthy portions every few hours, but still finding myself hungry. Taking the nephews canoeing tomorrow and won't be able to eat right with the snacks, but hopefully the canoeing will burn off calories.
141.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
