I'm guessing this is pretty good for a week. Haven't cheated on the food part but I did have some wine so I'm going to extend PHase 1 out a little longer.
128.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
