Hello Everyone
I joined about a week and a half ago and I love it! Everyday I'm finding more and more stuff that is helpful (like these forums). This is my second time on the South Beach Diet and I lost about 15 pounds the first go round. I find it really works and the first two weeks really give me a good jump start...even though they are really hard!

I'm really interested in these challenges that I've seen being posted and was wondering if anyone knew of one that I could do. My goal weight is to be a healthy 115 but I'm setting my goal high so I can try even harder!
