Eh... I work out like a champ... walk a few miles a day, eat good... but nevertheless it don't come off like I want it too. Oh well some day I reach the goal. Maybe when I retire.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

do you log your food somewhere to keep track?? I find it helpful to weigh and track my food.
