I workout everyday 3.2miles on the treadmill, bike 8.miles, walk 1.mile...and eat under or around 1200 per day.....I burn at least 700-800calories day and don't see a change..... HELP.....!!!!!!

It's hard to say. It could different things. One could be that you aren't eating enough to fuel your workouts, so your body is holding on to what it can and doesn't want to let go of the fat.You might try a week of zig zagging calories (high and low days). One day eat 1400, 1300 1200, 1400 etc. and see what happens. Are you measuring yourself? Many times when we exercise a lot we don't see the scale move, but we lose inches/fat first. Are you drinking water to flush out sodium? Also, take a look at "what" you are eating. Are you starting your day with some healthy protein to rev up your metabolism? Do you get enough protein at each meal? Are you getting in fruits and veggies and lean dairy (which has been shown to reduce body fat)? Are you eating too many processed foods? (which contain tons of sodium). Look at how your clothes are fitting and changes in your body. Sometimes it takes the scale a while to catch up. The scale is only one way to show weight loss success. Keep going, you are doing great!
