Tried intermittent fasting and it didn't work
- back to around 100 calories every 2- 2.5 hours with water in between. Right now having one jumbo hard boiled egg at 10 AM - one half cup steel cut oatmeal at 12 pm - large salad at 2 pm - Fat Free Greek Yogurt with nuts and berries at 4 pm - large healthy dinner at 6 pm - Kashi Go Lean Cereal before bed. Seems to be working better for me because I am no longer gaining. main problem is social eating - will avoid buffets and take home half in take out container if I eat at a restaurant - Cutting Atkins peanut butter bars in half if I need a snack - will see how it goes!
164.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

IF is probably what worked best for me, when I was able to do it consistently. Had to figure out which 8 hours in the day to be my feeding time. For most, they skip breakfast and starting eating around 11am - noon and then can eat at a normal dinner time. For me, I'm hungry when I wake up so I usually start eating before 7am and stop before 3pm. But I had years of working a later shift, not getting home until after dinner time so got really used to not eating much in the evening. But it sounds like you've figured out what works for you!
