big swing, expect rebound tomorrow, but still nice to see the number.

Just got my most recent labs back, and it looks like I probably qualify for a Metabolic Syndrome Dx. Sticking with my 5% reduction goal for the time being, since that's also supposed to be one of the risk reduction targets.

Did not stick to my meal plan yesterday, fell short of the BMR floor, another reason to expect a rebound on the weight tomorrow.
278.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
