So, I tried hcg, and I decided that at 500 calories anybody will lose weight. I went from 173 to 166. That is about 7 lbs. I gained a few back when I went to California. I came home and I was 168 lbs. I felt that was good because it was only 2 lbs. Well, last week I had my period and on the day i started, which was August 8th, I was up to 173. I had two or three days prior to that where I fully pigged out and ate all day, each of those days.
So, Tara went on medifast. I am considering going on it too. it is 5 small meals and one meal of your own. I think she was about 190+ when she started. She is now about 170. I am so proud of her. She wants to get down to about 135. I hope she can. I want to get down to about 125.
I am happy to be at 170. I know that sounds pretty crazy, but I could easily get up to 180, which i haven't been since a pregnancy, but I could do it. I have got to have a sense of control.
My plan is to do this for a few months and then retrain myself by replacing each medifast type of meal with a cheese stick/yogurt, or some type of food that is real and not a meal replacement.
