Awesome day yesterday! Only ate 1700 calories for the whole day and didn't even feel deprived. I think it was in how I ate the food I did and when I did it. Plus, I had a really great workout. Decided yesterday too that I will do the Minnewaska Triathlon in August.
267.8 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 47.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
