I didn't gain or lose which is good. I made a lot of bad choices this week and I still don't feel good so I haven't been exercising. I keep forgetting to make an appointment.
226.6 lb Lost so far: 52.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's gotten better but I still feel pretty bad. I will remember to make an appointment on Monday. I've left myself a big post-it so I don't miss it.

That's great! I don't knpw much about about body temperature regulation but sounds kind of uncomfortable for you. Weird stuff hsppens sometimes, doesn't it? I totally lost my sense of smell about three years ago - even had sinus surgery, but it didn't come back. I miss the pleasant smells...but not the unpleasant ones! LOL
