On Keto diet for just a week.. and I lost... 5 pounds! Soooo amazing! I used to give up easily but this time I feel like I can stick to it :D
137.8 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
