Wow, so happy (and amazed!!!) I stayed steady/down in this past very stressful week.
I did 10 minutes of calisthenics six out of seven days, and bicycled to work five of those days (30-45 min each way, workplace dependent), but also had several “meals” that consisted solely of corn nuts/cheesy poofs and string cheese and a plum. Perhaps it was balanced by the many more meals this week that were garden zucchini (why do they get soo big overnight!) and a protein (usually cheese, since gluten/soy free vegetarian). Yesterday I made calabacitas (zucchini, corn, roasted green chile), and the zucchini equivalent of eggplant Parmesan (only no breading or frying) in my backyard solar oven (so without adding heat indoors), some of both will come to work with me for my dinner break (plus, sigh, some cheesy poofs. I hadn’t had any since March, then got a craving and purchased two bags, one each of my favorites, Barbara‘s blue cheese and cheddar, plus Trader Joe’s sour cream and onion, such good balances of flavor and texture, mmmmm).
161.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job with a stressful week! Sounds like you are eating really well so a slip or two won't do much damage - keep up the great work!
