I'm so proud of me, TWO POUNDS IN TWO DAYS!!! What a terrific way to start my lifestyle change. A lot of you will say that more than a pound or two a week isn't healthy to lose, but I've eaten plenty, if I'm hungry, I EAT, I just make sure its something good for me. And I have been and exercising fool lately! :D YAY ME!!
