today i went to the doctors for the first time in a very long time, although i was shocked at how much weight i gained it was to be expected, but this is exactly the sort of kick in my ass that i need to jump start myself, i have a vacation December 21st, time to kick it in gear.
340.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
