I have a far greater awareness of what I am now putting into my mouth in the way of calories and carbs. Couple that with as I loose weight I am feeling more energy sugres to exercise and be active.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
