Dropping weight quickly now. Not only did I drop weight, but I also dropped down my Body Fat %. I went from ~48% to 41.9%. Still *way* too much, but I'm making forward progress! Maybe I'll allow us a little treat this weekend. Flaxseed pancakes with Cary's Syrup sound nice.
296.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 56.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
