My official weight this morning is 113.3kg
I was actually expecting to gain this week since my Tuesday ended up with two plates of chicken curry & rice and snacking on some simba chips whilst watching Deadpool 2. I'm happy with my 2nd week and aiming to drop to around 110kg by the start of September.
