not doing so well. not sticking to any program I'm doing except weight training. I lift 3 times a week for 30-45 minutes and do cardio 2 times a week. but am sabatouging myself by eating way too much and not motivated to change- until now! I go in phases- one phase I'm super pumped and excited to get back on track and the other phase is not caring and eating anything and everything- by myself. then feeling horrible afterwards. i need some support of some sort with people who can relate and i can become accountable for my actions and get the body i deserve and am working so hard on at the gym.
