gained weight after short illness, will try extra hard to lose 5lb's in one week, doing the 'lose 5lbs in two weeks challenge'.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

what it says, its a challenge to lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks.if you look to the right under the my community title you will see a heading saying my challenges.click on this and on next page you can search by clicking on find challenges.you can choose a challenge to help encourage your weight loss, good luck if you try it :-)
