So far so good. I keep in touch with FatSecret, its details, its community and my buddies all the time. This helps me keep my diet always on the front line of my mind. I remember from the past, that all my retriets in my fight against my weight ("the Fight"), happened when I pushed the notion that "I'm on a diet", out of my daily top priorities. I want to do my best so that it doesn't happen again. And FS and all of you, seem to be an efficient way to keep the Fight on top of my mind. Tnks Guys...
233.9 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
