Today is a big milestone for me!!! Being below 250 even though it is only 2lbs under feels so good! I have never been more proud of myself right now. I have never in my life done something as important as this for me, and now that I have finally broken that 250 barrier I feel a sense of weight off my shoulders, but now have a new goal to get out of the 200's for good. I am going to make that goal happen no matter what it takes!!!! Because that is all I have to live for at the moment is me!!!!
248.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
