I just joined Jenny Craig today after being on a VLCD for the past 8 weeks.. was eating 500 calories a day.. Jenny has me eating 1200 .. not sure what the heck is going to happen just hoping I do not gain.. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤞🏽
138.1 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
