finally i started losing again. i started doing to bars and i was still doing plan 3. i talked to my councler and she said that i needed to be on plan 2. that with excersice i am finally losing weight again.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

What do you get on plan # 2? Just curious.........

2 1/2 protians, 2 fruits, 3 starches, 3 veggies, 2 dairys, 2 fats 2 bars

If your getting in 5 hours a week in exercise then plan 3 is best for you
