I cheated really bad on Sunday this week. I figured one day wouldn't hurt but it put me at a standstill in the weight loss. Also, that wonderful time of the month is here...ugghhh. I plan on weighing again on Friday though.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
