I am now trying to go up in weight... got down to the fat level I wanted, now want to bulk up on muscle.

Dropped the LS7, taking Whey Protein, White Flood and Purple Wraath as workout supplements.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.8 lb a week
