change something. maybe not more, but different workout. if you feel good about your calorie level try to change up some of your food choices. some people get great results with fasting.

Thank you so much for your comment! I have been on this website for only a few days, having "migrated" from Weight Watchers. I love the WW meetings but truly DISLIKE the "nonsense" new program. So. . .my changing something is actually my joining FS! So far (3 days) I'm really pleased. A nutritionist I worked with put me on a 1200-calorie food exchange program, which did not work well for me. We'll see how it goes with actually being able to track for real.

so are you going to go off weight watchers and track your own food?? to start I would definitely do a calculator to see how many calories you normally burn. I would do the lowest setting then add your additional exercise to be more accurate. this site is rather generous with the burn so you might want to get actual burn rates for exercise online. Once you know your non overly generous exercise calorie burn you can figure out how much weight you want to lose a week. I am pushing up to 1200 calories.

try to keep your protein up too, you should have at minimum 60gm a day. I am exercising a lot too, probably not as much cardio as you, but I try to keep up in the 75 to 80 range. I got too low for a while and it showed in my workouts
