You know how some mornings you just FEEL like you're lighter? This was my rising. Did the pee-strip-weigh exercise, and found I'm down 1.8 lbs! Not huge, but reasonable. Especially since I saw no loss on Saturday. Better late than never!! LOL
208.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 73.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
