started menstrual; one hour after running and half hour after shake.
9.2% fat
68.6% tb water
44.6% muscle
5.5lb bone mass
still drinking at least one healthy meal herbalife shake per day, sometimes two. I was told yesterday to add one scoop of protein drink mix to shed body fat.
114.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
