Whew! I didn’t really weigh myself, it just feels like that’s what I weigh:(
Boy, last week was fun! We ate so heathy! The salads, from samurai salad guys were spot on. Of course, so was the wine.... and the bread! I have mastered sour dough bread baking! I’m so happy it’s it. Now to remember it’s for my husband and family, not for me! Oops!
I will stay strongly on course u til Friday, then sadly my husband and I are doing a get away weekend. I know it doesn’t have to be get away with food and drink, but I’ve been there before.
I had a strange experience last Friday, and it’s still with me. I want to ride it as long as I can.
You see, I like my vodka, twice shaken, lots of ice. Oh it takes awhile to drink, I savor it I must say. So, there was some lemon Italian soda in the fridge. We put it in my drink, I didn’t finish it. Just no taste, desire. Then Saturday, same thing. A small glass of wine. Sunday, I’ll pass. Wow! I hope this lasts.
I hoped on the sweet tooth wagon a few weeks ago. That was hard to break, but Keto works. Sweet tooth gone. Whew.
Why does life have to be this way? You want to be healthy, subscribe to health. But somehow I got a stubborn percentage of body fat that loves me far more than I love it.
I’m so disgusted with me and the way I look.
At leSt my yummy cauliflower was nice.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week

going keto really helped get rid of my horrible carb/sweets cravings too. Just keep working it and you'll get where you want to be
