Oh yea! It works- I was OP all week and didn't use many flexies and low and behold I lost! I have a scrapbooking weekend this weekend with 14 women and one of the ladies is making all of the food, but I'll just portion control and bring my own 2 pt snacks. I'm refocused again- I will hit 135 by June.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.8 lb a week

Congratulations on your weight loss! I was in weight watchers before they started the flex points, so I wasnt sure what those were. We used to "bank" points that we didn't use, and we had about 30-35 extra points allowed each week figured into our daily range for weight, so I think that is the same thing as flex in a way?!? Good luck on reaching your goal!!!

Yep- now they just give you 35 extra points to use in the week and a set amount for the day, rather than a range. When you go over your points for the day, you dip into the flexies. I did banking points, too, and I find this is easier, but it is the same thing. Thanks for the good luck- I'm excited to get there!
