Obviously, I'm not interested in maintaining or losing my excess weight. I don't really know what happened. A lot of traveling, WAY TOO MUCH eating out, but mainly, I just got tired and bored and started back on the carbs with a vengeance. I actually got as low as 195 for a day or two. Why do I freak out when I go under 200 lbs? What is it that I'm trying to hide behind?????
