Down is down - don't get dejected, and remember that at any given time you're +/- 5 or so based on water, salt, poo, and other stuff.
Also remember that crash dieting (as you're still doing) is not the best way to go. If you got yourself up to 2000 or so calories a day, you might see your metabolism running faster, and you might see more weight loss.
You'll kick ass next week, and then you'll have the big 30 loss. Hang in there.

Plus, don't get hung up on the numbers - look in the mirror - you look better than you have since I've known you. Some of the weight you're not "losing" numerically is going into new muscles due to your exercise. Your health is what's important.
