Day 58 Lost 6 lbs this week. Total weight loss 35 lbs!! Man, my weight loss in the last few weeks has been weird. 6, 1, 5, 1, 6.
Also, I have been getting the worst charlie horses since I have been on this diet/workout when I stretch in the morning in bed. I can almost feel one coming on EVERY DAY, but I usually can bend my knee fast enough to stop it, but about once a week, in my "justwakingup" state, it gets me. Any advice?
