Day 58
Lost 6 lbs this week. Total weight loss 35 lbs!! Man, my weight loss in the last few weeks has been weird. 6, 1, 5, 1, 6.

Also, I have been getting the worst charlie horses since I have been on this diet/workout when I stretch in the morning in bed. I can almost feel one coming on EVERY DAY, but I usually can bend my knee fast enough to stop it, but about once a week, in my "justwakingup" state, it gets me. Any advice?
280.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Eat what you are supposed to. Cramping is prolly 'cause your blood chemistry is off a little. Try some potassium - there are some over the counter anti-cramp pills you can take...forgot their name (thats for cramping at night...not the monthly cramping and bloating).
