Been running and doing BodyRock.tv since lase Wednesday.... drinking fruit and spinach smoothies for lunch, having kashi cereal and creamy fat free milk for breakfast... apple for snack and drinking more water... it has been fairly warm lately.... between high 70's to the 90's.... making my fat cry!!!
