My official weight this morning is 113.3kg

Started on Monday at 117.5kg after a 2 week break because of the flu. Time to focus again :)

249.8 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 2.1 lb a week

it is probably water weight. not fat! fast for 24 hours, it will go back down
