After last nights last chance workout. I weighed in this morning and my hard work paid off. I am very happy with 251 at the moment, but this weekend is all about working out and burning some calories. So that is exactly what I indent on doing no slacking of any sort. and by next weigh in I will officially be in the 240's so exciting!!!!
251.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
