i am not sure the weight is right only worked out for a half hr stayed active scrapping the ceiling and walls in the kitchen dinner sucked i wont give up i will find something everyone likes lol
128.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
