I am slightly bummed not to see a move of the scale. Allergies are rampant this morning. Just shoulda stayed in bed! LOL
210.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there! As you mentioned, maybe a switch, change, or shake-up is due. I find it keeps it more interesting for me and I get excited to start the new plan, like it's the first day of school. but then again, I'm a huge nerd :D I hope you are feeling better soon. Do you take anything for your allergies?
