I expected a gain after eating at Old Country Buffet for the lunch meeting yesterday. In fact I expected a bigger gain so even tho I don't like the fact that I gained, I am happy it was not more.
196.4 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 66.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
