Week 3, down 4.6 lbs. Like I said last week, I’m a little skeptical about the daily numbers because just about anything can throw them off by a lb or 2, but averaged over the three weeks, it’s 3 lbs per week. That seems a little more reasonable, because my waist is down about an inch from 3 weeks ago. Also, as I did last week, I compared my highest high from to my highest high this week and did the same for the lowest lows, and that puts me somewhere between a gain of .6 or a loss of 3.4. Still going the right direction.
287.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
