Weights going up and down. Fuck.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Reading your prior note, I can wholeheartedly say that sucks. One of the hardest things about trying to lose weight is when you can't control your diet because other people do, and they're not particularly interested in losing weight. Everybody is different to some extent, but have you done any reading on low-carbing? I find that I get hungry and eat more if I've eaten carbs, (bread, potatoes, anything with sugar) because the body processes it all quickly into blood sugar, so I get a temporary boost, then insulin shoots into my blood and shoves a lot of it into fat cells. It takes the body hours to digest fats and proteins, so more of the energy goes into the blood over a longer time, and doesn't tend to get shoved into fat, but just used, and I stay feeling 'full' longer, and eat less overall. I am noticing that I still get hungry at times when I'm below 800 calories a day, but I wasn't when I was running 1000 or so, most of it fat and protein, and very few carbs.
