finally got back (almost) to where I was, now on to where I WANT to be...9 days to my 2 year checkup and hopefully back in the low 160's, at least for the appt, then on to my goal of somewhere in the 150's
174.6 lb Lost so far: 85.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
