I am doing well not eating carbs, just not eating enough though.
I get too busy to eat all of these times a day.
So...I will work harder to eat more.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You'll do SOOO much better at meals if you just grab a cheese stick or a few nuts for snack. Don't let the extra "meals" be a big deal.

I've just started on Monday with Induction and I'm struggling to get my carbs up. I find that the fat and protein intake keeps me well satisfied until my next meals...maybe try eating smaller meals and cut back a bit more on the carbs? It shouldn't be more than 20g per day during induction. All the best, you can do it! :-)
